Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Grippy Code. This policy explains when refunds do and don't apply. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing, you agree to it.

1. AI Receptionist & CRM subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
  • We refund your unused minutes — not the whole plan. If you cancel and request a refund, we refund the value of the included minutes you have not yet used in the current billing period, calculated at your plan's standard per-minute rate. For example, on a 400-minute plan where you've used 300 minutes, the 300 used minutes are not refundable but the 100 unused minutes are.
  • Used minutes and overage are never refundable — they reflect real third-party costs (telephony + AI) we have already paid on your behalf.
  • Annual plans: if you cancel mid-term, your plan stays active until the end of the paid year. On request we refund the value of your unused included minutes for the remaining paid period; we do not refund used minutes or already-delivered service.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full — just contact us.

2. Websites & landing pages (monthly rental)

  • Websites and landing pages are provided as a recurring monthly rental — there is no setup fee and no deposit. You pay a monthly rate and we build, host, and maintain the site for you.
  • Website rentals have a 6-month minimum term. After the minimum term, you can cancel anytime and the plan continues month-to-month.
  • If you cancel before the 6-month minimum term is complete, a one-time early-termination fee equal to 3 months of your plan applies.
  • Monthly website rent is non-refundable for the current period once the period has begun or the site is live, the same as our other subscriptions.
  • After the minimum term, cancellation stops your next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current month.

3. Bundles

Bundles combine a website rental with an AI Receptionist or CRM subscription at a discount, and are fully recurring. The website-rental portion follows the website rules (Section 2), including the 6-month minimum term; the AI Receptionist or CRM portion follows the subscription rules (Section 1).

4. How to request a refund

Email info@grippycode.com from the address on your account with your business name and the charge in question. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve almost everything quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.

6. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under the consumer or commercial laws that apply to you.
